Job Description
- 1099 Independent Contractor model
- Independent practice – no supervision or medical direction
- Staffing ratio – 1 MD/4 CRNAs
- WA has no state income tax
- Bread and butter cases: no heads, hearts, OB, trauma
- Ortho, General, Urology, GI, podiatry, GYN, healthy peds
- Pager call only – low volume on-call cases
- Skills: spinal, epidural, regional anesthesia preferred
Compensation:
- Expected annual earning: $320K with opportunity to earn additional compensation
- Sign-On Bonus available
- 13 weeks vacation annually
Facility Details:
- Critical Access Hospital
- # Beds: 25
- 4 ORs plus GI suite
- Paper charts – no anesthesia EMR
License:
- Active WA medical license is preferred
