Synergy Health Partners is seeking Orthopedic Surgeons with strong skills to join our new acute care team working at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center in Mason City, Iowa.
Job Details:
- Acute care program
- Work 7-10 days a month and enjoy real time off
- Competitive per diem compensation
- Housing provided
- Medical malpractice is provided
- 1-2 years experience required
- Supportive and collaborative teamwork environment
- Work with a company created by and for surgeons
- Active IA medical license is a plus

- Level III Trauma Center
- EMR Transitioning to Epic in May 2026
- Nearest airports: United Express has daily flights to Mason City Municipal Airport (MCW) from ORD. Minneapolis-Saint Paul (MSP) is 130 mile and Des Moines (DSM) is 143 miles.
